Upon entering we are greeted by our Malbec vines. The winery itself has been built in a modern classical style, surrounded by gardens designed by a landscape artist using native plantings and having the Andes mountain range as a backdrop.
The winery boasts the latest technology in the production of wines of the highest quality: small-capacity stainless steel tanks and cement deposits, each with independent temperature controls, enable a specific and detailed monitoring of each one of our wines. Ageing takes place in barrels of French and American oak.
We have obtained ISO 22.000 certification for our production process, confirming our objective of delivering premium wines which reflect exactly what nature offers.
ISO 22000: FOOD SAFETY GUARANTEE
We have certifications of ISO 22.000 standards in our wine making process, which supports our philosophy of delivering premium wines that reflect exactly what nature offers. It outlines what an organization must do to demonstrate its capacity to control food safety hazards, in order to ensure that food is safe. Through this certification, we guarantee all of our consumers that there is no cross contamination in all the production of our products.
BPM: GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES IN FOOD INDUSTRY
This certificate will be valid always that the company maintains compliance with protocol requirements, as well as the conditions established in GMP program.
VEGAN CERTIFICATION
After a thorough audit process of our winery, we obtained the vegan certification and now our products are labeled so that our consumers know that neither the raw material nor any component of our wines come from animals or their derivatives. This certification symbolizes our philosophy of production and life, committing ourselves with our environment and being respectful of nature and living beings. Our wines are made under the concept of MINOR INTERVENTION where we work with high quality grapes under the idea of not altering the original quality of the product with no additional or external product.
